Misfiring on cyl 1 not getting spark, also hearing a ticking noise. All came out of nowhere. Turned my car on and my headlights wouldn't work. Shut the car off tried the lights again and drivers side didn't work but passenger flickered. Turn the car back on and now it's misfiring on cyl 1 and ticking

 

If its only missing on cyl 1 its got to be between the dizzy and spark plug, pull the plug and inspect it,

Don't know what to tell ya about your lights

 

Did you ever fix this? I have a misfire on cyl 1 too.
