I agree 1000x with this. I always thought it was strange when people take a four seater car and gut it to make it a two seater car. They could have just started off with a better 2 seater car. corvette, miata, s2000, rx7, mr2, etc.



I think for $5k you will be buying a POS wrx. I sold my 2004 wrx wagon oct/2012 for $9,500. The 2003 had very weak transmission.

If you have any friend or make friends with someone who has a dealer license that can buy from the auto auction.
