i just read it was 4x103 and i remember putting them on my ef while it was being parted out. so i never drove with them on the car and if i remember correctly they sat on there about 98 to 99% flush. i also put the ef alloys on the accord and if i also remember correctly those had to be wiggled on but they drove with no problems. what are your thoughts from a safety standpoint?

 

103mm? Never heard of that. There is 4 x 100mm and 4x 4.25"(~108mm) Fairly sure pre '90 Accords just used the 4x100mm BP. Simply take a ruler/tape measure and measure the distance between the center of opposite studs. Done.

.3mm is teeny tiny miniscule when it comes to wheel fitment, it would be split over the distance of the two studs. This would not cause wiggling on issues. The only thing I would check is that the register bore is the correct size.
