My 2005 Silverstone Metallic S2K has got to go!

There's not a lot to say about it- it's completely stock other than the rear resonator removed (which I still have), and a K&N filter in the stock air box.

The good:
-Exterior body and wheels are a 10
-Interior is a 9
-Relatively low miles - 43,xxx
-All stock, unmolested
-Never smoked in
-Oil always changed with Mobil 1
-NEW rear brake pads
-NEW factory floor mats
-NEW tires
-Title in hand
-I am the 2nd owner, bought in 2007 with 16k miles
-All owner's manuals, tools, and all keys/fobs

Couple of notes:
- There is a small 1" tear in convertible top on the passenger side, in the typical place. It has been repaired with an S2000 soft top material patch and RTV Black silicone that has sealed it and kept it from spreading.
- The CarFax is clean as you can see from the screenshots below, but when I bought the car, the dealer told me the lady who traded it in had minor front bumper damage from her running into the trailer hitch of her husbands truck. I would have never known if I didn't see the VIN was missing and asked the dealer about it. Looks perfect though.
