1992 Civic Si won't start, fuel pump failure
So I have a 92 civic si, died one day after i went to the gym came out and it wouldnt start. So i read a couple threads did some diagnosis and found it was the fuel relay, got a used one from a jdm store, and my car started and died moments after with the new relay. I re soldered the relay and it worked for about a week or so, went out the other day after a huge rainstorm and my car wouldnt start. I think its the relay again but im not sure. Any suggestions
ps
Checked hood fuse 31 and i tried to check dash fuse 24 but according to the fuse diagram my car doesnt have one(obviously it does but its not where the diagram said) so instead i checked every 15A fuse and they were all good.
Checked thermostat housing ground
If the key is on, i can jump pin5 to pin7 in the relay harness and hear the fuel pump start up
WTF? I am totally going in circles cause I dont know what else might have went wrong, please help I'm tired of taking my dads automatic teggy to work.

No, I haven't. I will pull up a ground diagram and check them out though, when I did check the thermostat I took a quick glance over my wiring and the only thing that stood out was, I think it is engine ground 1, (just over drivers side light to the block) was a bit frayed, but I didn't think it was problematic. I read in a couple other threads where people had the same problem that if the engine is cranking then the thermostat ground is my worry, but what do I know?
All my grounds are connected, i taped up the frayed wire just in case, and cleaned some connections, but still no start. I know that the Crank position sensor is what tells the relay to stop the pump 2 seconds after turning the key to on, if the crank position sensor would the engine still crank, and the pump work when jumped? Ive been following connections, looking at wires and fiddling with this damn car all day and I still dont know whats good..
update: alright i found another thread (https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/no-start-solid-cel-heres-what-i-did-tons-pics-2458280/ respect to Mr Todd, guys a boss, well written thread) anyways, that was for helping diagnose a cel code 0, ecu problem, now as i checked my grounds for like the third time i decided to disconnect and cleaned the thermostat ground, after it said disconnect the MAP sensor, EGR valve lift sensor and the throttle angle sensor. Now i think it might be the EGR valve lift sensor that made the cel go off, but now my starter doesnt work. But my fuel pump does prime, and when i try to turn the engine over, i hear the pump working. can anyone help me?
