You're not going to get spoon fed this stuff. It does not benefit you. You really need to stop posting and go read up as much as you possibly can before you buy another part or post another question. Go into the Forced Induction section and read and reread the FAQs.

Saying 7 lbs, then calling one of the more knowledgeable posters on this forum a dick after he gave you sound advice is a good start.
You clearly know nothing about Forced induction, go read the FAQ on that forum 10 times.

A while ago I was like you and knew absolutely nothing, after almost a year of reading FAQ's and stickies and many different builds I'm almost ready for my first build. That's a year of reading almost everyday. Almost every question you've asked has been answered, I got treated the same way as you when i did my first post. Suck it up and go read, I was told that and i did and now i know
"Good" and "Low cost" do not go together for car parts. Also, low compression is not at all necessary. Forged components are more important than compression.
That said, B20 sleeves are thin and brittle. Regardless of compression, you aren't going to be able to push that block far (reliably) without a damn good tune, and possibly some AEBS or Darton sleeves.

You going to have tough skin here if your coming in asking questions you have asked. What your asking....isn't new by no means. Low cost and turbo building don't really mix well.

19 psi on a t28 is a world of difference compared to 19 pounds on a 6266. psi is terrible way to judge. set a hp goal and build accordingly.
