Default Cracked paint

Im sure this has been addressed but since our beloved search really sucks, and I dont want to get into painting my whole car, lets just keep this short.

My EG has a crack in the paint on the quarter panel just behind the passenger door.
The car was shot with Nighthawk black paint from an itr.
Its noticeable and about 3 inches total diameter.
Since Im selling the car shortly and dont really want to deal with painting the whole car , is there a way to just sand the area and have it reshot ?
I know it doesnt make sense not to do the job right and paint the whole car or at least the whole panel itself but can this be done cheaply and still look decent.
I live in the sf bay area and if anyone knows of a shop or person who could handle this id greatly appreciate it.

if its a metallic paint then you need to blend the area so expect to buy a pint of paint and a pint of clear.. as for cracking .. you need to remove all the paint that is cracking and if needed repair the problem causing the cracking.

Is this easily done or does this take a bit of work on the painters behalf?
Im looking at a simple inexpensive solution here.
I'll post a pic when I get back out to where the car is located.

Paint cracking could be anything from incorrectly done bondo work or something like crows feet. If you havent done painting before this is prob something to leave to people who have done it before. It takes tools like sun gun and something that will produce a good spray patern.
