238k miles on the body

The original engine had dropped a valve and a replacement long-block was purchased 1k miles ago.

New replacement parts OE from Honda;
New intake and exhaust manifold gasket, Throttle body, IACV, vtec solenoid gasket.
O-rings: distributor, breather box and water pipe neck (2)
Timing belt, water pump and tensioner have been replaced.
New oe belts: power steering, AC & alternator
New transmission axle seals and rear main seal
New radiator (kragen) thermostat & coolant (Honda 50/50)
All heater/coolant radiator hoses were replaced with oe quality parts
New battery and alternator (Winchester auto)
New NGK spark plugs & wires
Resurfaced flywheel and new clutch kit (exedy)
fuel (kragen) & air filter (kragen) were replaced as well

Radiator & alternator have lifetime warranties.
The Honda battery has a 100 month warranty; starting 5/2013

Ex model.
Sun roof. Power windows & locks
Ac & heater works
Pioneer cd player/radio
No check engine lights or leaks

14"Civic HX wheels.
Front tires @ 60%
Rear tires @ 25%

Cons:
*paint is really faded
*Small rip in driver seat.

Very reliable commuter.
Car will be smogged of course.
