Hey, on my 93 Del Sol, the previous owner glued a mirror onto the visor to cover a blind spot, and well... ew. So I want one of those mirrors that goes all the way across - I heard they're called racing mirrors? Where can I get one and how do I install it? What are my other options for a longer mirror?

I have a 94 DelSol and those long segmented mirrors are freaking awesome! No blind spots at all and you can see the faces of anyone, either side coming up from afar. They srew into the trim above the windsheild and are sturdy. My window decal covers it completely from the front view and it's no lower than stock.

Ebay - $20 or so.

Had one in my 99 Civic coupe. It is now in my 98 Integra sedan. Love it. Just re-used stock visor bolts.

Is there any major difference between a 5 panel or a 3 panel? As in, is one better than the other?

i didn't know they sold wink mirrors that would bolt in the factory visors threaded holes...

 

None that I ever saw. They always had to be rigged. Maybe it's new?

 

new to me i have yet to see one that bolts on in the visor holes...

 

Re-use the visor bolts. Just tossed in using one screw in this picture.



Got creative, made a little bracket to allow the second screw to be used, pulled the headliner and "tucked" the brackets out of sight.
