I have a 99 civic value package. all stock right now. The car was in a wreck a before i got it and it deployed both air bags. They put a air bag delete in the wheel and put the broken dash back in the passenger side. I believe all the srs harness is tucked behind the column still so wiring a horn shouldn't be hard. the air bag delete has horn buttons in it but there broke and never have been hooked up. So my question is should i just put a switch on the dash for the horn or buy a aftermarket wheel. if i get an after market wheel i would like to be in one for lees that $100 and keep all the functions i have now. (tilt, auto turn signal off) And do they make a filler piece for the passenger sided air bag so the dash isnt all busted there?
