ok i have a 94 accord lx two door, when i turn my parking lights on i hear it makes my relay buzz and i replaced it but it didnt change. Also when i turn the head light on the driver side blinker will not work, but works fine when headlights r off, if u know whats going on let me know. no fuses r blown either.

Check your ground straps underneath the bumper cover.

 

How do I identify the ground wires?

 

They will look something like this . A block of black wires bolted to the body/frame....I think they are g301 and g201 in the manual.

In addition to^ The grounds are directly above the blue couplers for my intercooler. You obviously won't have blue couplers but this shows basically where they are bolted down.
