Default 97 Type R Chin

Okay I have a 94 GSR but I want to put a 97 Type-R Chin on my car. I was wondering do I need the lower chin that comes on all stock Integra's or can the Type R chin fit on my car without it? Because I don't have the cash for both the stock chin and the Type-R.So can someone plz help me.
Thxs for the Help

It fit without held on. hehhehe seriously though, should fit without any problems, I sold mine to a friend of mine when I got a JDM front end and it fit like a glove on his 94 LS.
