Default Testing waters 94 Honda civic 4dr

Price: $3000 firm

Just testing the waters here, I am currently going through a divorce and moving out of state soon. First let me say that I by no means have to sell this car so I will not even listen to a low ball offer. If I don't sell it the car will just sit in storage in Knoxville till I move back down south.

94 Honda civic LX with EX full swap.
212,000 miles bottom end of the motor was rebuilt at 209,000 miles.

Good :
-Clean title
-Rebuilt bottom end on D16z6 motor
-New head gasket and seals
-New OEM spec clutch kit, and Flywheel
-New clutch slave cylinder
-15x6.5 buddy club P1 wheels, with 195/50/15 tires
-F&F type 1 coilovers
-Header back exhaust
-1 year old a/c compressor
-2000 Civic SI front seats on EG seat rails, so they are bolted in properly.
-CD player
-All new silicone radiator, and heater hoses
-There is more I am just drawing a blank at the moment, will add to the list as I think of it.

Bad :
-Valve seals are toast, I did not have the tool to install them but have the brand new valve seals to go with the car. The car smokes from the exhaust at WOT, and when going down steep inclines. But does not smoke under normal driving.
-Valves need adjusted.
-Both rear window motors are burned out and the regulator are bound up.
-Car is wired for VTEC but does not have a P28 ecu so no vtec it runs just fine on the stock LX ecu.
-Hood is bent where the hood prop goes but still functions.
-A/C has slow leak in one of the lines.

That is pretty much all the is to know about the car if you have any questions fell free to ask them and I will get back to you as fast as I can. I am pretty set on my price the only thing that I would consider trading for is a nice set of 16-18 inch wheels in 5x114 pattern that would fit on a 2011 civic plus cash of course.

I will get more pictures tomorrow but here are a few I have.
