B16A2 Cam marks when installing?
I'm installing the cam shafts with stock cams already attached (never removed). I have #1 at TDC (white mark aligned to lower cover).
With the "UP" arrows on the gears of both intake and exhaust, when they seat down, the horizontal marks that should lined up to each other are both pointing down about 10 degrees.
Is this normal until the belt is installed and tension adjusted? It just seems to be the natural position of the shafts. If I try lining them up then the lobes are pressing down on the vtech rocker.

Was the head ever milled or the block decked that can cause unevenness in the two side marks my head was milled .015 and my one mark is slightly "off" can be fixed w/adj cam gears but really that little degrees isn't going to hurt can you take a pic tho ?
