Default a/c help

I have a 2000 honda accord and I went to put freon into my car and I noticed
That it all leaked out, out of a metal tube I don't know what it's called but the tube is connected to a cylinder that's right next to the passenger headlight and it leads to the bottom left corner of the radiator and it has a H port on top can anyone tell me what the name of this tube it called?

Looks like a cylinder either black or silver and has two tubes. An inlet and outlet? It's the accumulator, receiver/drier.
