Copper. Use antiseize compound.
The precious metal plugs are for cars that have difficult access to plugs.

Thanks all. I was pretty sure copper was the right choice, but what are iridium used for (I used to have a car that took platinums so that q is already answered)?

And yea I have plenty of anti-seize left.

UPDATE: Replaced and properly gapped plugs, car purrs again and runs smoother too!
