Civic Si intake vs standard intake
A friend of mine just got a 2000 Civic Si and it has a few half *** mods done to it and I'm in the process of sorting them out and putting it back to stock.
My question is about the Si intake,
Is the Si intake box any different than the standard Civic intake box? I would presume yes but it would be much easier to find if that were the case.
thanks.

It is the same as a 96-00 Civic Ex and Hx. I have seen Integra Ls ones work and I would think the air box would flow better. Stock ITR should work as well. If the car already has an intake on it and it is half way decent why not just leave it on?
It has some POS ebay/unknown ram air intake on it. Which not only looks like **** but probably reduces HP in comparison to the engineer designed road tested factory intake. It also looks like its heat soaking as well.
The choice is clear.
