I bought a brand new oem crankpulley, looks identical to my old one
when i put the new one on it was really tight and wouldnt go on so i used some oil got it seated and then used the bolt to tighten it all the way onto the crank.
It definitely didnt go on straight and has a pretty obvious wobble to it, what is the correct procedure for installing these, other than having the balancer install tool?

also i didnt torque or drop the balancer prior to install so im assuming its not bent or anything
