ok i have a 94 accord lx two door, when i turn my parking lights on i hear it makes my relay buzz and i replaced it but it didnt change. Also when i turn the head light on the driver side blinker will not work, but works fine when headlights r off, if u know whats going on let me know. no fuses r blown either.

 

could just be the whole assembly at the steering column...try a junkyard model
