Ji, i've searched and searched and cannot for the life of me find a writeup for a retrofit on gen1 denjis with like the e46, tsx, or tl projectors.

any help would be greatly appreciated

for your information the honda-tech article has broken links for the pics, and not all of us feel like ruining headlights till we get it all just right...

 

2 months and counting.
It occurs to me with, given how ancient these things are, the longer you are moved to inaction due to the lack of a hold-my-hand writeup with pictures, the more chance those pictures will all start to come up missing in more write-ups the more time elapses.

I wonder how hard it is just to take the damn things apart like any other retrofit so that you can give yourself an idea of what you need to do? As if they cannot be re-assembled like you would have to do any way.

 

its not all that difficult, it'd be nice to be prepared beforehand so as to not have to waste time is all and i searched a bit, but never found any good descriptive pics. and it would sure suck to do all that to have poor output because i didnt do something important. sure i could just take the damn things apart and im sure i could get it to work. but why reinvent the wheel if someone knows where some good plans are?

 

You're right. Because in all this time so many people are beating down the doors to post a "good plan" in this thread.

Have you looked on HID Planet?

 

yes i did look on hid planet, and they did have a lot of info on the adjustments and not only denjis, the really well documented one at the time was a gen3 denji retrofit which is different.
