ITR OEM optional steering wheel.
If you're referring to the JDM one, here's a DIY I did years ago with some pictures of it in my old ls. Don't think I actually have any interior shots of my itr to show it.

It has actually just been brought up in this thread:

Pretty sure it's not ITR though. Possibly optional for EG?

The one on my car came off of a Honda Integra.
The wheel that could be ordered specifically for the ITR would have either red or yellow stitching, and the H would also be either red or yellow, depending on the market.
The wheels are larger than the popular JDM non-SRS wheels and they were never very popular. People like them now more than ever, just because they are odd and rare.
I like it on my car because of the extra effort required when moving my car around the paddock.
Came upon some more information. Source is saying it was an optional wheel for the DC and EG chassis in Japan. Not for Type R. For basic Integra's and Civics.

The one that I am picturing is not, strictly speaking, for the ITR.
It is for the regular Integra (and Civic of the same era).
The wheel that was specifically made for the ITR is even more rare, and as I've said it will have red or yellow stitching.

What are you asking, OP? Do you want information on an optional JDM ITR (specific) steering wheel?
If so, please specify. And note that every Integra sold in North America came with a driver's airbag, so there was no optional wheel for this market.
Point being...please be a little clearer as to what you are asking for.

I believe I have my answer. The steering wheel in question was an option for the DC/EG chassis where airbags were not required. GK made a statement that sounded like all MOMO wheels made for Honda's have "MOMO" printed on the center horn section, and not on the wheel section. I ask this because the wheel I have pictures says "MOMO" on the wheel section, which means it could possible not be a Honda specific steering wheel.
