Hello, New on this forum but have been a long time lurker and now I need your input!! Not sure if this is the right section but Im looking into buying a 2006+ Civic coupe on a budget. Came across a 2006 ex coupe with 220,000 km (138,000 Miles) 5speed. Original owner,no accidents for $4000. Is it worht it given the higher mileage? Should I go for it or wait for something with lower mileage? Also how much should i expect on mainatnce with this mileage. It has a new battery, 1 year old tires, 1 year old brakes, new rad.Anything in particular i should be looking for on the car? Any input is apprecciated, thanks!

 

Has the engine block service bulletin been done? That would be the biggest issue that would come up with this car. Paint is also pretty shitty on newer hondas.

 

Were all 06 models affected or depending on the VIN? I would have to look into it. Thanks
