Wheel Painting
Am I better off doing it myself or paying to have it done at a shop? I don't have the ability to remove the tires from the rims...
Also would be willing to pay someone to do it if you're close by :}

If your are asking if you should because of lack of experience with paint I would practice first. There are write up's on a lot of forums on how to paint rims with spray cans, and it comes out good. What rims are they? Hope not blades or si's
If you're looking to spray paint them yourself, you don't need to take the tires off. Use index/playing cards and wedge them between the tire and lip of the rim to prevent overspray on to the tires. Prep them good and use a decent wheel paint (I've used duplicolor wheel paint with good results), follow up with some clear and they'll hold up well. I did a set myself and they held up for over four years with no flaking, chipping or anything.
