Default DPFI to OBD1 Problem. Pls Help

I have a 1989 crx it was dpfi but was half *** converted by previous owner.
The car ran but ran like **** bogged at 3k ran super rich, and didn't have any power.

So i bought a new dpfi harness new jumper harness obd1 injectors did the conversion following a write up and now the car dosnt start unless i give it gas. But even like that it barely stays on sounds like a really bad misfire and you cant rev it just barley wants to stay on.

I checked for power in the injectors , checked timing , checked distributor wiring, firing order is correct, tried 2 ecu's, changed the injectors out twice because first ones didn't have filters i thought they might be clogged.

Can someone give me input?
