no primer, no flat black, no mismatched body panels.
prefer original paint in good clean condition, but will be ok with a good quality (not maco) respray in original color. no painted bays.
must have a clean interior - no busted dash, broken trim, etc.
must have working AC.
must be 5 speed manual.
prefer as close to unmodified as possible, but ok with a clean b-series vtec swap and tasteful suspension mods.
must not be riced out.

also willing to consider a shell/blown motor. but must meet all other criteria.
