Prothane bush kit civic 96-00 front control arm kit
I have the hardrace bushings in my front LCA's and they definitely tightened up the front end quite a bit.
I will say that I had to take the arms to a shop and have them torch out the old bushings and then use an air chisel to get the insert out and get the new ones pressed in. Cost me about a hundred bucks in all. 60 for the bushings and 20 an arm to put them in.

That said, I have the Prothane "Master" kit in my car, and love it. Proper install, and proper maintenance (add 15 minutes to your bi-yearly wax), and you'll be fine with them. If you're too lazy to take 15 minutes to keep them in good condition, you probably shouldn't be working on a car at all.

there are a lot of people who find poly bushings make noise, I have installed a ton of poly bushings at the shop I work at and with proper lubrication have had no problems, with the added bonus that poly bushings have less give to them and cause many parts which they insulate to respond better ie: rack mount bushings, sway bar bushings....
