hello again, now that I am home and on my computer I can go a little more into detail about the car.
96 civic ex
b16a block
the head has stamped (0/0) and pr3-3 so assuming its a 2000 civic si head
em1 trans no grinds or pop outs
si wheels
rear disc
neuspeed springs
blox lcas
camber kit front and rear
4-1 header no name exhaust but sounds great
all black interior in great shape
momo steering wheel
si tail lights

well here is the bad
p75 ecu :'(
its been hit on the passenger side but it is fixable body panels have been replaced frame needs pulled out but my buddy knows a guy that has a frame rack

here are some updates.
put the passenger window back on track
took the bumper and fenders off
starting a mild wire tuck

its going to be a slow project, my baby boy will be here in about 4 weeks :D

thank you, its going to be a slow build but slow and steady makes tings right. just to clear it up I am getting the p28 chipped and tuned. a couple questions concerning the wiring. at the ecu will I have to repin anything? since its an ex I don't believe I do. I read a write up but still its better to ask and learn then **** up something, heres the link. https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/92-00-honda-engine-swap-wiring-guide-vtec-non-vtec-2987229/
for the crank sensor I did not see any wires running down there? I know obd1 dizzys use internal spark sensors. could this be hooked up some way similar?

finished my "wire tuck" its good enough for me. I had 1 plug left over white/red stripe, red, and blue wire. anyone know what its for? I found out its got obd2 alternator, obd1 injectors. I was looking at my extra y7 harness and noticed that I had a iat and I need an obd2 one, win

Here's a little update. Got a p2t ecu and jumper harness. The speedo isn't working but there isn't an cel's for it. It rev to 8500 but no vtec. Could it be an auto vss? If the vss was bad wouldn't it be in limp mode?
