Z1 head on a d15 block?

I was wondering and thought if I can put a z1 head on my d15 block because the orignal one is bad. Not sure if its worth to port nd polish it or just get another head.

You can but couldn't tell you how well it will run. Is there a specific reason why you're planning on a Z1 head swap?
