I'm trying to program my rostra cruise control brain for my 90 crx, but their vehicle info guide only goes back to 92 civic, (which says 4000 pulses per mile.)

I can't get a straight answer from searching, so is it safe to assume the 4th/5th gen civics are both rated at 4000?
