had kinda the same noise when i bought my car i was told it was the timing belt tensioners but after getting it home and diagnosing it ended up being the alternator bearing

can you make a video where you have someone in the car revving it up and down....it would be best if you used a screwdriver to put at possible sources and listened with your ears and went around the engine from pulley to pulley and to the engine itself checking to see where the sounds is most coming from

just be safe obviously
