does the 1988 honda civic dx 4-door has a warning light for low fuel. ive been watching the fuel level and i ran it out of gas and never seen one come on, and yes i had gas in a can to put in when it happened. but would like to know for sure if it does or does not have one. thanks for your help.

 

My 91 doesnt have one. If u look at all your guage cluster at the right angle during daytime then you should be able to see what all warning lights are there

no it does not have a warning light for low fuel. however, you can do a gauge cluster swap to a cluster that does use one, and swap in a sending unit from an integra and wire it up and you'll be good to go

 

nope no warning light just leaves you stranded without gas, shouldnt drive with low gas anyways messes up fuel pump with the garbage at the bottom.

 

my system is totaly clean, dont have to worry about cloging the fuel system. but thanks for the info.

 

If I remember correctly my JDM SiR had one. USDM car no light tho.
