need help fast my car feels like its in neutral but when i release the clutch pedal the car turns off like its in gear also when i try to shift 1st does't go in and neither does 3rd or 5th gear

 

Check your linkage, make sure it's all straight. Not broken, worn out, cables aren't frayed etc.

so whats the reason my car won't go i just changed the clutch on it to car feels like it goes in gear but wont move

 

who knows dude it doesn't really matter...just pull another transmission from the junkyard and drop it in...choose wisely...sit in the car and shift and see if they go into gear fine and find a low mileage motor

 

did it do this before the new clutch?

 

yes it did the weird thing is my car also feels like its in neutral but as soon i let the clutch out it shuts off also when we moved the car to a leveled ground to change the clutch the wheels would lock up and the car would skid
