Jdm b16 2nd gen

What's the first thing I should buy so I can notice an power increase.... Cams, manifold, throttle body ? I'm planning on staying stock vt... Any help what so ever will be appreciated !

staying stock pretty much contradicts any aftermarket performance parts.
