Radius rod bolt loose, but wont come out (SH)
Hey guys, ive been digging for a few days now with no answers on what to do. I have a 97 SH and i just recently did a clutch swap on it. After getting everything back together, while tightening the bolt for the passenger side radius rod where it connects to the front section, i felt something "give" and the bolt would just keep spinning, i cant tighten or loosen it, and now when driving i have a loud clunk sound when letting off the clutch. I tried dropping the front section to see if theres a way to get at the bolt from the top, but there isnt any. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do?

You crossthreaded the nut so that is why it does not tighten anymore and so the nut has not compressed the bushing thus you have play causing the clunk.
That does not sound good. I remember those SH radius rods were a bit** to get on and off. I would check the service manual or the Honda part diagrams to see if nut is accessible by dropping the sub frame or something.
