Default Keep and build or trade??

I have a 95 eg hatch has a great mini me motor pulled from 60k car then head has like 100k fully redone has other misc. mods but it has body work of course rear fenders where rust killed but also on pass rear quarter and above the glass it looks pretty decent im doing it over myself i have ocd. Should i worry about all that body work or trade for one with less mods but a near flawless body ive just had different opinions from many friends on this one and figured a forum would be unbiased and help me decide

A clean stock body is worth 10 running motors IMO.
