ok so im stationed in germany thanks to the army and i got myself a 91 german spec crx and my license plate lights were not working so i bought new ones and i replaced them one works just fine its bright and what not but the other side is like super dim and barely even visible i tried switching the bulbs around figuring it might be the bulb but its not...any ideas what would make one bulb less bright than the other???

 

check power and ground with a digital volt meter. those lights are super simple! Also, check that the socket is clean, no rust or anything

 

i checked for rust and what not and its ok but i dont have a voltage meter but i should be able to get hands on one soon...i have never used one before and im not good with wiring and **** so if i check the voltage what am i looking for? and if the votage is bad how do i fix it?
