The injectors always have 12V power, the ECU grounds them and thats what makes them pulse.

Make sure your ground at the T-stat housing, valve cover, transmission, and chasis are all in good working order.

You might have plugged up injectors.

Low impedance injectors with resistor box or High impedance Injectors without a resistor box?

If you got new ones with High Imp then you need to take out the resistor box or they don't have enough current to fire.

If you got low Imp and you took off the resistor box then more than likely you blew up your ECU already

So when I unplug that resistor box the car won't even start but when I plug it in the car starts and sputters and then dies would that be the resistor box or the computer

So I put a resistor box in the car and still fires a dies... Is the ecu the only other thing that can keep the injectors from firing

I love when people randomly change parts on the car with no thought to troubleshooting.

Is your check engine light on?

The light flashes but when the car starts it goes off... Then it dies and flashes for a second and goes off again

What is your fuel pressure?
Have you changed the pump or the filter?

OMG. You can't just unplug the resistor box and turn the car on and off keeping your fingers crossed hoping something MIGHT work. First and foremost, check grounds like others have said. Confirm 12V at the injectors. Confirm what type of injector you have by testing with a Multimeter (unplug injectors, test resistance). Better yet: a quick google search yielded this: http://www.hondata.com/techlowohminjectors.html

Have you tried pulling main relay and check if the solder is broken? If it is either resolder or get a new one. does it have fuel to injectors?

turn the key to the second position and make sure the check engine light goes on then off. then wait about 20 seconds with the key still in the on positon and see if the light comes back on. if it does check the code. gotta start at the beginning of the diag tree.

Will do but I'm pretty sure it doesn't I've tried before.... I also heard the crank position sensors can keep it from running but would it keep the injectors from spraying

You would get a fault code on the ECU
