Default Oil Filters, the alternative?

If I asked which is the best oil filter for the ITR, everyone would say HAMP or OEM Honda. My question is, what is the best USDM oil filter for the ITR?

Are all B-series (B16, B18, B20) filters the same?

IMO, as long as you change your oil frequently you should be fine with USDM Honda filters, although if Hamp filters were as cheap here as they are in Japan I'd use them.

I've used a few of the Mobil 1 filters in the past.
Lots of Old Honda ones around in my garage though.

Yes, I know this. BTW - How do you tell the filtech apart from the fram Honda OEM filter?

That being said, if you were using Honda fram it would be economically wiser to just buy fram from you local autoparts supplier?

I too would like to know the physical differences between the Honda Fram and the Honda Filtech.
