Default Blox type c camshafts

So I got a poor mans stroker and I just picked up some blox type c camshafts Was wondering if I could run stock gsr cam gears on the type c's I heard that you do not really need to advance/retard the timing with those camshafts.

you have to adjust them according to how much was your block/head milled. If Slightly then you might pull it off. Jun 3's dont like Cam Gear Changes as far v2v goes, so even if you Adj.Gears i doubt you could safely pull off anything else other than Milling Corrections.

Mill was very min, my head was in great shape. I'm running stock valves, but have blox springs and ti retainers, mild pnp. Running ls crank and eagle rods with pr3 pistons, 81.50 bore. in a gsr block with b16a head. just dont want to have to deal with finding cam gears.

Well here https://honda-tech.com/forums/all-motor-naturally-aspirated-44/how-v2v-p2v-1891614/ 12NV did a chart that shows your safe v2v settings with Jun3's. Judging from that and that you haven't substancially milled head/block Stock Gears would be fine. Someon more experienced should chime in tho.

Hmm, well the thing is just if I have to spend the money I will, but not wanting to do so if I dont have to. Stock cam gears are pretty sturdy, just if I need it to advance or retard timming or ignition I guess I would. Looking for the website that stated the cams do not need to be moved any degrees. I thought every engine was different when it came to tunning. Also if I want to get the most out of the cams then hmmm..thanks for the advice and knowledge.
