Power Steering to Manual?

Any way to do this? My rack leaks a quart of fluid a week and was wondering if i can just convert it to manual steering or something instead of wasting 300 on a new rack on a beater car?

Can you convert it to manual? Sure. Did you look in the FAQs (frequently asked questions)?
