Default Have a weird radiator leak

well long story short, my overflow tank was well overflowing because non stop coolant was being thrown in there meaning theres pressure being lost somewhere in the cooling system. I checked for leaks etc couldnt find one. Use the radiator pressure tester and the radiator is leaking from the top where the cap goes. We tried the pressure tester on my friends and his held perfectly at 10psi even though were suppose to go to 13psi. When mine gets to 10psi its already dropping rapidly and you here a whistling sound from where the cap is suppose to be. is there anyway to fix this visually I dont see anything wrong. I might just get a new radiator but wanted to know if someone has seen or heard of this.

Plug the tube to the overflow and force the coolant to come out where the hissing is to isolate the leak spot. prob cracked the neck somehow and need a new red.
