Default started p505

I've tried everything. Replaced IAC cleaned tb check for vaccum leaks replaced map. Bleed system tried everything unplugging 02 sensors. My calc load on my scanner is 77.2. It idles high at 1000 then flutcuates between 750 and 1500. On accel it will boog down and if its stalling then climb back up and I can't go faster than 5 mph. There is like a sucking noise when I open the air cleaner that wasn't there before. HELP PLEASE

leaving all sensors connected, ensure your throttle plate is in the idle position, and restrict airflow to the air bypass port(s) in the TB. if your idle improves your iacv (top) or fitv (bottom port, if equipped) is most likely causing an internal vacuum leak.

is your engine coolant temp sender in proper working order?

year, sub-model/engine code?
