Can i buy a blcok off for an AEM intake?

Noticed that the intake on my car has a whole on top of it for a sensor and it isn't blocked off. Will that effect anything as far as how it runs?

Would that not be for the IAT sensor? If you have that mounted elsewhere like on the intake manifold then block it off. It won't affect how the intake "runs". it just channels air.
