I have a set of four 42 Draft Designs adapters up for sale.
This is the smallest size they make.

Here are the specs:

-4x100 to 5x114.3.
-18mm all around.

-20 Conical seat 12×1.5 lug nuts

These adapters have seen about 8 feet of use.
I drove the car out of my garage, and right back inside.
