Default Car won't start b18b turbo need help

So my car has been sitting for about 6 months with the motor
out.The reason why it's sitting is because the rings went out
and I was blowing smoke. I changed the block and put my re-
built head on with a new cometic head gasket.

What it has:
Stock b18b1
B&m FPR
50 trim turbo
Walbro 255 FP
490cc injectors
Arp head studs
Cometic headgasket
2.5 inch full exhaust
Blox intake manifold

So I connected all hoses, lines and harness correctly. I've
disconnected it and re-connected it just to be sure.we tried
starting it but barely turned over.

Did a compression test and pressure was around:
Cylinder 1- 60
Cylinder 2-80
Cylinder 3-58
Cylinder 4-9

Mechanic said its probly cuz the motor was sitting out
for too long. He added a lil oil to each cylinder(where
the spark plug goes) and did another compression test

Cylinder 1-130
Cylinder 2-145
Cylinder 3-130
Cylinder 4-150

It wanted to turn on but then i was getting no spark
(my coil pack went out) Switched it I got spark now
but still won't turn on.on top of that oil started leaking
from the down pipe by where it connects to the turbo.
I'm thinking this guy put too much oil or something is
plugged. Please help me out I miss driving my teg..

Compression
Spark
Fuel
Timing
Oxygen
Find which one your missing.

Also make sure you have a fully charged battery cranking that motor.

Sitting too long absolutely won't cause almost 0 compression in a cylinder. Even after adding oil the numbers are still low. Its time to man up and actually find the problem. Dig deep in your pocket book.

Timing is right
Spark is there
Fuel is there
Oxygen is good
Brand new battery
Maybe not enough compression?

What engine management do you have? Did you compensate for the larger injectors?

You're probably right about your compression. I have a 8.6:1 compression ratio and my numbers are ~170psi across the board WITHOUT adding oil in the cylinders. Off timing, bent/stuck valves, bad rings etc. cause loss of compression so I'd start investigating those first.

Trying to be helpful,

Wondering how you're checking timing and if you're checking BOTH ignition and mechanical timing. Is the spark bright white? Injectors spraying fuel? Your compression test results are really low. Minimum healthy compression per cylinder is 135psi.

Mine fired right up with 70psi in 3 and 4. Something in the tune needs adjusted

Edited I read the post about 175 across. Those numbers sound awful all yor rings are shot op
