In regards to the several hundred hits and streams I had going off the domestic.avi video. This video had the "Mustang GT-R" and the pathetic guy talking about his turbo rotary with pistons.

Please host the video file on your own personal site next time. I hosted that video for the anandtech forums as a mirror of another site for a few days. This link has been passed around and has hurt my site's bandwidth and given me some great bandwidth charges. Had I not been out of town I would have taken it down earlier.

Please be more considerate next time.

Professor leet, if you did not want other people linking to your files then:

1) You should have not made them publicly available

or

2) You should have configured your web server to deny referrers other than the site you wanted to link the video on.

I think #1 was the best solution. Hindsight is 20-20. Hopefully you have learned something today.
