Default IVtech not working?

I was told that my vtech needs to be replaced every 80k miles. I have a 2002 Civic EX. I cant seem to find the part at all. Can someone please help me?

Also does it matter at all if I have a intake on the car as well? Thanks for your help.

You need to replace your vTech when you replace your muffler bearings and a new can of honk.

Be sure to replace you're blinker fluid while you're down there. They are right next to each other.
