Default can I swap cl s-type engine and tranny
Have a recked cl-s type 2001 acura . I want to use just the 5-speed tranny from the cl(automatic) to my acura 2001 tl with blown tranny.

The cl has the techtronic maual-automatic.

Is this a possible swap?

I have an 01 CL (not Type-S) with a bad tranny and I know that I can't swap it with an 01 CL Type-S... Not sure if the 01 TL is like Type-S or non Type-S tranny...

Yes you can switch transmissions. It's useless though. Get a BAYA trans from 07 Accord. Made better than the older ones
