Default P1399

I have a 96 civic with a B16A2 swap. After re-calibrating my TPS today I drove around and had a really weird jolting thing happen at a stoplight. I was already out so I drove to autozone and had the CEL checked. Turns out it was P1399 which is a random misfire. The probable cause is 1. Blocked EGR passage. 2. Valve clearance out of range. Anyone know what the best course of action would be to get this solved? Also where is the EGR passage on a B16?

have you changed your plugs, if so what plugs are you currently running?

Do you have an aftermarket lightweight flywheel?

Newer generation B16A's do not have an EGR IIRC

Have not changed plugs and I have no idea about the flywheel but I doubt it. Why would the flywheel have anything to do with a misfire?
