I have one small turbo for sale, IHI VJ14, it came out of a running 1988 Mazda 323 GT Turbo (same as the AWD 323 GTX) Perfect turbo for those seeking quick spool, also perfect for a noob turbo set up.

Turbo is water cool giving them better life expectancy. I'm guessing that It came set up from factory to 6-7 pounds since that's the most my brother was able to push it, we heard of people pushing them up to 12-16 pounds but that was with a chip ecu.

I felt that my brothers car for being a stock turbo engine with no modification move quick thanks in part to the quick spool of the turbo but I feel that A Civic will benefit from this turbo since the Mazda 323 Turbo B6 engine comes with a compression ratio of 7.9 in comparison to the 9 + compression of the D engines.
